Founded by Amrita Gupta and Vrinda Gupta, Blue Co-labs brings together two complementary strengths that shape everything we do.
Amrita, with her background in startup recruitment and ongoing work as a mental health counselor, understands people at their core — what motivates them, what supports them, and what kind of environment helps them truly thrive. She leads operations at Blue Co-labs to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Vrinda comes from a finance background and is the creative, marketing, and people-driven mind behind the brand. She brings vision, energy, and innovation into the space — curating experiences, designing the vibe, and building a community where everyone feels welcomed and inspired.

Together, they built Blue Co-labs with a simple belief:
